324.35314 Zoning ordinance; provisions; review of subdivision development. Sec. 35314. (1) A zoning ordinance shall provide for all of the following: (a) Lot size, width, density, and front and side setbacks. (b) Storm water drainage that provides for disposal of drainage water without serious erosion. (c) Methods for controlling erosion from wind and water. (d) Restabilization. (2) Each zoning ordinance shall provide that a use that proposes a subdivision development shall be reviewed by the local unit of government to assure compliance with all of the model zoning plan.
