324.35321 Review of site plan; duties of planning commission.Sec. 35321. A zoning ordinance shall provide that, in reviewing a site plan required under section 35313(1)(d), the planning commission shall do both of the following: (a) Determine whether the requirements of the zoning ordinance have been met and whether the plan is consistent with existing laws. (b) Recommend alterations of a proposed development to minimize adverse effects anticipated if the development is approved and to assure compliance with all applicable state and local requirements.
