324.33704 Expenditures from municipal or county funds. Sec. 33704. The township board of any township, the legislative body of any incorporated city or incorporated village, or the county board of commissioners of any county, pursuant to a resolution adopted by a 2/3 vote of its members, is authorized in connection with any contract entered into under section 33701 to make expenditures from its general fund, contingent fund or from any special funds available.
