324.34121 Advertisement for bids for construction; acceptance and rejection of bids; readvertisement. Sec. 34121. The irrigation board shall advertise for bids for construction of the improvements requested in the petition. The contract shall be let to the lowest bidder in accordance with the statutory provisions applicable to award of public contracts, and the irrigation board has the right to reject any and all bids and readvertise the bids.
