324.42506 Money received from sale of licenses; credit to game and fish protection account; use.Sec. 42506. All money received from the sale of licenses as provided in this part shall be forwarded to the state treasurer and placed to the credit of the game and fish protection account of the Michigan conservation and recreation legacy fund provided for in section 2010, and shall be used for the purpose necessary to the protection, propagation, and distribution of game and fur-bearing animals as provided by law.
