324.41331 Registration to sell or possess nonnative aquatic species; application; issuance.Sec. 41331. To register under section 41329, a person shall submit an application to the department of natural resources. The application shall state the name and address of the applicant and include the description of the premises where the aquatic species are to be sold or offered for sale, together with any relevant additional information required by the department of natural resources.
