324.43549 Violation of MCL 324.43548; penalties. Sec. 43549. A person who violates section 43548, in addition to other penalties provided by law, forfeits the right to issue licenses and sportcards and forfeits the right to retain any percentage of the license or sportcard fees not received by the department within 48 hours after the date and time the license or sportcard fees should have been deposited as required by the department.
