324.43906 Determination of projects to be funded; solicitation and approval of proposals. Sec. 43906. The department shall determine which projects should be funded with money from the trust fund. The department shall solicit and approve proposals from individuals, groups, and institutions for the management of nongame fish and wildlife species. In order for a proposal to be approved, the proposal must comply with the long-range plan once completed and must further the management of nongame fish and wildlife species identified in the plan.
