324.43907 Public information program. Sec. 43907. The department shall develop and implement a public information program to present the values and benefits of nongame fish and wildlife and their habitats to our society, including the means by which citizens can observe and enjoy nongame fish and wildlife; to inform the public as to how the nongame fish and wildlife fund is being utilized to meet the goals set forth in the plan; and to inform the public on the existence of the nongame fish and wildlife fund and its purpose.
