324.47334 Violation of sections; penalties. Sec. 47334. Any person who violates sections 47328 to 47333 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction for the first offense shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 60 days, or a fine of not less than $25.00 or more than $100.00 and the costs of prosecution, or both. Each violation is a separate and distinct offense. In addition to the penalties provided in this section, the license of any person convicted of violating section 47333 may be revoked by the department. History: Add. 1995, Act 57, Imd. Eff.
