324.47357 Duncan Bay. Sec. 47357. A person shall not use any kind of a net, set hook line, or other device for the purpose of taking or catching fish in the waters of Duncan Bay, Lake Huron, which as used in this part mean all those waters of Duncan Bay, Lake Huron, lying south of a line drawn west from Cheboygan Point lighthouse on Lighthouse Point to a point where the easterly boundary line of Beaugrand township meets the westerly boundary line of the corporate limits of the city of Cheboygan extended due north would intersect the waters of Lake Huron.
