324.49102 Fishing; reciprocal agreements; publication. Sec. 49102. Any order issued under this part supersedes all other laws and regulations governing fishing in the waters that in any way conflict. The regulations contained in any such order shall be included in the annual digest of fishing laws, rules, and regulations published and distributed annually by the department.
