324.44506 Rules for licensing pilots of charter boats. Sec. 44506. The department shall promulgate rules for the licensing of pilots of charter boats on inland waters. Rules promulgated under this section shall be designed to ensure that pilots of charter boats have the training and skills necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of charter boat passengers, crew members, and members of the general public.
