324.44522a Inspection by peace officer.Sec. 44522a. In addition to inspections conducted for purposes of section 44516 or under section 80166, a peace officer may inspect any livery boat at a boat livery. The peace officer shall give the owner of the boat livery at least 72 hours' advance notice of an inspection under this section and shall conduct the inspection at a reasonable time.
