324.51511 Department of natural resources officer, employee, or agent; right of entry. Sec. 51511. Any duly authorized officer, employee, or agent of the department, in the performance of his or her duty, may enter upon or enter into any premises on or in which he or she has reasonable cause to believe a violation of this part is occurring.
