324.61507 Prevention of waste; procedure; hearing; rules; orders. Sec. 61507. Upon the initiative of the supervisor or upon verified complaint of any person interested in the subject matter alleging that waste is taking place or is reasonably imminent, the supervisor shall call a hearing to determine whether or not waste is taking place or is reasonably imminent, and what action should be taken to prevent that waste. If the supervisor determines it appropriate, the supervisor shall hold a hearing and shall promptly make findings and recommendations. The supervisor shall consider those findings and recommendations and shall promulgate rules or issue orders as he or she considers necessary to prevent waste which he or she finds to exist or to be reasonably imminent.
