324.61512 Allocation or distribution of allowable production in well, field, or pool; basis. Sec. 61512. If, to prevent waste, the supervisor limits the amount of oil or gas to be produced from any well, pool, or field in this state, the supervisor shall allocate or distribute the allowable production in the field or pool. The supervisor shall make such a determination or distribution in the field or pool on a reasonable basis, giving, if reasonable, under all circumstances, to each small well of settled production in the pool or field an allowable production that will prevent a general or premature abandonment of the wells in the pool or field.
