324.61515 Handling or disposition of illegal oil or gas; penalty. Sec. 61515. A person shall not sell, purchase, acquire, transport, refine, process, or otherwise handle or dispose of any illegal oil or gas or any illegal product of oil or gas. A penalty or forfeiture shall not be imposed as a result of an act described in this section until certificates of clearance or tenders are required by the supervisor as provided in section 61514.
