324.61723 Agreements in restraint of trade prohibited. Sec. 61723. An agreement between or among lessees or other owners of oil and gas rights in oil and gas properties entered into pursuant to this part, or with a view to or for the purpose of bringing about the unitized development or operation of the properties, shall not violate any of the statutes of this state prohibiting monopolies or acts, arrangements, contracts, combinations, or conspiracies in restraint of trade or commerce.
