324.61726 Hearings; jurisdictional requirements of notice. Sec. 61726. Jurisdictional requirements of notice of time, place, and issues involved for all hearings required by this part, except proceedings for criminal or civil enforcement of this part, are satisfied by: (a) Publication once each week for 2 weeks consecutively in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the unit area or any portion of the unit area is located if the date of last publication is at least 20 days prior to the date set for the hearing. (b) Publication at least 20 days prior to the date set for the hearing in a trade journal, periodical, or newsletter or paper, or commercially available scout report, in general circulation in exploratory and developmental branches of the oil and gas industry in this state.
