324.61734 Witnesses; false swearing or affidavit; penalty. Sec. 61734. If any person of whom an oath is required under this part, or by any rule, regulation, or order of the supervisor, willfully swears falsely in regard to any matter or thing respecting which the oath is required, or willfully makes any false affidavit required or authorized by this part, or by any rule, regulation, or order of the supervisor, the person is guilty of perjury.
