324.61738 Orders of supervisor; recording; notice. Sec. 61738. A certified copy of any order of the supervisor issued under this part is entitled to be recorded in the office of the register of deeds for the counties where all or any portion of the unit area is located, and such recordation shall constitute notice to all persons in interest, their heirs, successors, and assigns.
