324.62510 Enforcement of part and rules; jurisdiction of court; representation by attorney general. Sec. 62510. The supervisor of mineral wells may bring proceedings for the enforcement of this part and rules promulgated under this part in the circuit court of Ingham county or in the circuit court of the county in which a violation is alleged to have occurred.
