324.63108 Injunctive relief to prevent violation of rules. Sec. 63108. At the request of the supervisor of reclamation, the attorney general may institute an action in a circuit court of the county in which the mining operation affected is conducted for a restraining order or injunction or other appropriate remedy to prevent or preclude a violation of the terms and conditions of any rule promulgated under this part.
