324.63536 Information obtained under article available to public with county clerk. Sec. 63536. Copies of any records, reports, inspection materials, or information obtained under this subpart by the department shall be made available to the public with the county clerk of each county in the area of mining within 10 days after they are received by the department so that they are conveniently available to residents in the areas of mining.
