324.63544 Prohibited acts; penalty. Sec. 63544. Any person, corporate officer, agent, or director, on behalf of an operator, who knowingly makes any false statement, representation, or certification, or knowingly fails to make any statement, representation, or certification regarding a report required in this subpart, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or a fine of not more than $10,000.00, or both.
