324.73106 Prosecution generally; seizure and enforcement by peace officer. Sec. 73106. (1) A prosecution under this part shall be in the name of the people of the state, shall be brought before a district court of competent jurisdiction in the county in which the offense was committed, and shall be brought within 1 year from the time the offense charged was committed.
