324.74103a Shooting range; posting hours of operation.Sec. 74103a. At each state park that contains a designated shooting range that is open to visitors, the department shall post a notice at the entrance to the recreational areas of the state park that states the regular hours of operation of the shooting range. The notice shall be posted in a visible location, and the lettering on the notice shall be of a sufficient type size to be easily read by state park visitors. The department is not required to post the hours of operation in which the shooting range is open for special events. However, if the department does not post the hours of operation in which the shooting range is open for special events, the notice shall include a statement to that effect.
