324.74206 Violation of part; penalty.Sec. 74206. A person who violates this part is responsible for a state civil infraction and may be ordered to pay a civil fine of not more than $500.00, and, in addition, is liable for any costs incurred by the department in cleaning up the campsite of the person, which liability shall be recoverable in any court of competent jurisdiction in this state.
