324.76509 Mackinac Island state park commission; acceptance of gifts. Sec. 76509. The Mackinac Island state park commission, for and on behalf of the state of Michigan, is authorized to receive, accept, and hold, by gift, grant, devise, or bequest, any property, real or personal, but only for the purposes incidental to or connected with the state parks under its management and control.
