324.76708 Mackinac Island state park commission; acts; approval. Sec. 76708. Except to the extent that the state constitution of 1963 may be construed to require the approval of any act of the commission under this part, by the state administrative board, the commission may carry out all powers and functions granted and imposed in it under this part without first obtaining the approval of any other state department, board, bureau, agency, or official.
