324.78305 Entering into lease with city of St. Ignace; duration; duties of city. Sec. 78305. The department may enter into a lease for a period not to exceed 25 years with the city of St. Ignace, whereby the city agrees to operate and maintain the parking facilities located on the property described in section 78301 as the St. Ignace docks numbers 1 and 2, to construct, operate, and maintain buildings on the St. Ignace docks numbers 1 and 2, or to perform other functions in relation to the St. Ignace docks numbers 1 and 2, under such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by the department and the city of St. Ignace.
