324.79103 Purchase of real property for development of marinas. Sec. 79103. The department may purchase real property accessible to, or capable of being made accessible to, the waters of this state for the development of marinas, as provided in this part, only when it can be demonstrated that the demand for recreational boat slips within a specific harbor or within a local unit of government exceeds the available supply.
