324.80130p Applicability of MCL 324.80130o.Sec. 80130p. Section 80130o does not apply to any of the following: (a) Real property that is appurtenant to and obviously part of a single- or dual-family residence. (b) If notice of both of the following is personally given to the owner or other person legally entitled to control of a vessel: (i) That the area where the vessel is parked is reserved or otherwise unavailable to unauthorized vessels. (ii) That the vessel is subject to towing or removal from the private real property without the consent of the vessel owner or other person legally entitled to control of the vessel.
