324.80137 Casualty reports involving vessel; use; fee; copies; admissibility in court. Sec. 80137. All collision, accident, or other casualty reports involving a vessel shall be without prejudice and shall be for the information of the department. Any person upon the payment of $2.00 to the department shall be furnished a copy of the report. The report required in section 80136 is not admissible in a court. History: Add. 1995, Act 58, Imd.
