324.80217 Dealers of personal watercraft; advising buyer about sources of boating safety courses; violation; fine. Sec. 80217. (1) A dealer of a new or used personal watercraft shall advise each person who buys a personal watercraft from the dealer of the sources of boating safety courses in the area.
