324.80316 Authorized agents. Sec. 80316. Manufacturers and importers shall appoint and authorize agents who shall sign manufacturer's or importer's certificates. The secretary of state may require that a certified copy of a list containing the names and the facsimile signatures of authorized agents be furnished to him or her.
