325.1008 Design and operation standards of public water supplies; considerations; purpose. Sec. 8. The department shall give due consideration to the size, type, location, and other conditions at public water supplies for the purpose of specifying design and operation standards, and for the purpose of establishing criteria for capacity assessments.
