325.1022 Enforcement of act, rules, or orders; penalty. Sec. 22. At the request of the department, the attorney general may bring an injunctive action or other appropriate action in the name of the people of the state to enforce this act, rules promulgated under this act, or an order issued pursuant to this act or the rules.
