330.1128 Center for forensic psychiatry. Sec. 128. The department shall maintain under its jurisdiction an entity to be known as the center for forensic psychiatry. The center shall perform such services as are required by law and may, with the approval of the director of the department, perform any other service or activity, including research, that pertains to mental health and the criminal law.
