330.1144 Suspension, denial, or revocation of license; notice. Sec. 144. The director, after notice to the applicant or licensee, may suspend, deny, or revoke a license if he finds that there is a substantial failure to comply with the requirements of sections 134 through 150. The notice shall be by certified mail or by personal service, setting forth the particular reasons for the proposed action and fixing a date, not less than 30 days from the date of service, on which the applicant or licensee shall be afforded a hearing before the director or his designee.
