330.1148 Use of term 'psychiatric hospital' or 'psychiatric unit.'Sec. 148. The terms psychiatric hospital or psychiatric unit shall not be used to describe or refer to an institution or program, unless the institution or program is licensed by the director according to sections 134 through 150.
