330.1149b Compliance with MCL 333.13801 to 333.13832.Sec. 149b. A psychiatric hospital or psychiatric unit operated or licensed by the department shall comply with the medical waste regulatory act, part 138 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.13801 to 333.13832.
