330.1207b Provision of mental health services to county jail inmates; use of state general fund/general purpose dollars by community mental health services program.Sec. 207b. If a community mental health services program has entered into an agreement with a county or county sheriff to provide mental health services to the inmates of the county jail, the department shall not prohibit the use of state general fund/general purpose dollars by community mental health services programs to provide mental health services to inmates of the county jail.
