330.1464 Persons entitled to copies of court orders. Sec. 464. Copies of court orders issued pursuant to this chapter shall be given to the individual who is the subject of the order; to the individual's guardian, if a guardian has been appointed; to the individual's attorney; to the executive director of the community mental health services program; and to the hospital director of any hospital in which the individual is or will be a patient.
