§ 330.1718

330.1718 Psychotropic drugs. Sec. 718. Psychotropic drugs shall not be administered to an individual who has been hospitalized by medical certification or by petition under chapter 4 or 5 on the day preceding and on the day of his or her court hearing unless the individual consents or unless the administration of the psychotropic drugs is necessary to prevent physical injury to the individual or others.
