330.1723b Report by person not employed by or under contract to department, facility, or community mental health services program. Sec. 723b. Section 723 does not prohibit an individual who is not employed by or under contract to the department, a licensed facility, or a community mental health services program and who has reasonable cause to suspect the criminal abuse of a recipient from making a report to the appropriate law enforcement agency or to the department or community mental health services program.
