330.1944 Criminal sexual psychopath; leaving state without permission; penalty. Sec. 944. Any criminal sexual psychopathic person under lawful commitment pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 165 of the Public Acts of 1939, as amended, who leaves the state without permission is guilty of a felony.
