330.3031 Disclosure of confidential information; violation; civil action; remedies.Sec. 11. If an overdose fatality review team member knowingly discloses confidential information in violation of this act, a person aggrieved by that violation may bring a civil action for damages and any costs and reasonable attorney fees allowed by the court.
