331.303 Bond issue; tax levy for payment. Sec. 3. It shall be the duty of the common council of any city availing itself of the provisions of this act, from time to time, as it may be necessary, to levy and collect such sums of money as may be required to pay the principal and interest of any bonds or other evidences of indebtedness voted by such city under this act.
